The motorcycle helmet has a paneled inner shell and a viewing aperture, where upper edge of viewing aperture is provided with a holder for eyeglasses. The holder is comprised with hook-and-loop closure component and ear support for attaching lenses of the eyeglasses. An arch-shaped carrier is bolted, clamped, notched or permanently connected with the eyeglasses. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) method for assembling motorcycle helmet; and (2) assembling kit for motorcycle helmet.
