The arrangement (1) has a locking bolt (2) arranged on a base plate (3) at an end and supported by a bracket (4) that is connected with the base plate. The base plate comprises an opening with a socket (8) for holding an attachment unit (10) i.e. screw. A circular gap is formed between the socket and the opening. The circular gap exhibits non-constant width, and is filled by a damping body (9). The gap is locally narrowed in a pressure zone (E) in which an effective volume of the body is large. An axis (A) runs parallel to the bracket, which is designed as a continuous unit in the plate.
