The system has an access device designed as a selection and call reception device with router functionality and connected with an Internet during existence of an Internet connection of an external point over a name server of an Internet service provider and a dynamic domain name system. A nameserver-software accessible in the Internet is initiated by a call for fetching a relational database. The nameserver software transmits determined Internet protocol-address to the dynamic domain name system over a port 8245.
