The device (1) has a massage body i.e. artificial penis, and a holder i.e. leg or knee sleeve (8), fastened to the massage body by a ball joint. The joint formed as a hinge-, saddle- or prismatic joint includes retaining devices (15) i.e. threaded rods, for arranging the body. A plate (11) is insertably formed in slots of the sleeve. The joint is made of elastic material i.e. silicone, with high damping effect. The holder is form-fittingly formed with a knee (13) or an upper shank (12). A motor drive of the massage body unloads a carrier of the sleeve by movement of the sleeve.
