The device (13) has a main battery (15) and an auxiliary battery (17) i.e. capacitor unit, connected with each other in a parallel manner in an operating condition and electrically connected with a power supply connection unit (19) of an actuator. A resistance element (21) i.e. power resistor, is switched between two positive connections of the batteries and exhibits an ohmic resistance value in a range of 15-35 milliohms. An isolating switching element (23) selectively separating the positive connections of the batteries is designed as an electrical controllable switch i.e. MOSFET.
