The drilling reamer has two main cutters (101,107) for boring a bore, where the both main cutters are arranged at front side of the drilling reamer. Four frictional cutters (103,104,108,109) are arranged at the drilling reamer for reaming the bore. The third and fourth frictional cutters have larger distance for rotation axle than the former and latter frictional cutters. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a drilling reamer.
