The method involves flowing cooling agent in heat exchangers (21, 22, 24, 25) i.e. plate-type heat exchangers. A chamber, fluid, warm water reservoir (4), and an air-conditioning body are heated and/or cooled using one of the heat exchangers by discharge of heat from a refrigerant circuit (1) or supply of heat into the refrigerant circuit. Mass stream and/or volume stream of individual heat carrier streams (27-30) are permanently regulated independent of each other and in dependent upon actual supply of utilized primary energy, where the carrier streams are utilized to pre-warm the building. The primary energy is provided in form of a ground warm, ground water warm, surrounding air warm, solar warm and warm of exhaust air in a ventilation system in a building or airplane. An independent claim is also included for a heat pump system that comprises a flow regulating module.
