The cofferdam has stretchable hose portion provided with opening so as to surround perioral region, lips, vestibular mucosa and/or teeth partially or fully. The opening has adhesive surface that is detachably stuck to perioral region, lips, vestibular mucosa and/or teeth. The cofferdam is made of rubber. The additives such as conditioning agents, lubricants, food components, dietary supplements and drugs such as wound healing ointment are applied to hose portion. The hose portion is made of pH neutralizing substances having gustatory, olfactory and visual or tactile senses.
