The device has a side hole cover (1) on which a metal ball (3) is mounted, with the joint socket (4), which is rigidly connected to the valve lifter (7) to form a joint unit so that the cover is pivotable in all directions about 7[deg] upwards and downwards. The position of side hole cover is adjusted by screw driver.
