The system has an Internet portal for applying digital contents to a registered member, where subscriber identifications of a subscriber are stored in subscriber data. The subscriber identifications are directly checked with the data and/or with device identification of an electronic terminal. The terminal represents the digital contents, where the contents are transmitted to the terminal over wireless local area network or mobile radio. The terminal is addressed and identified in a network by identifications e.g. serial number, stored in subscriber data of another subscriber. An independent claim is also included for a method for transmission of licensed or insured digital contents from a subscriber to another subscriber.
