The centrifuge has several metal plates (38,39) that are arranged in a rotor (37). The gas inlet space (48) and gas outlet space (88) are formed in radial slots provided in parallel with rotor axis for supply and removal of gas. Three groups of channels are formed at axial-near side of slots for supply of residual gas. The three groups of channels are formed at axial-near side of slots and three groups of channels are formed at axial-far side of slot such that centrifugal separation of available heavy gas component is performed in two stages.
