The device (1) has separation devices (6, 7) arranged in a housing (2) and received on a separator plate (5). An upper housing portion (3) is connected with the separating plate by a latching connection. Non-return valves (18, 19) i.e. elastomer valves, are arranged in respective diverting apertures (12, 13) formed in the upper housing portion, and are clamped between the separator plate and the housing portion. The separator plate lies between the upper housing portion and a lower housing portion (4) that are connected together by welding e.g. friction welding or ultrasonic welding.
