A lid (70) rests upon the side walls, and a winding space (14) annularly surrounds a retaining space (12). A needle fixing part (18) is arranged in the retaining space on the base plate. A partition wall (10) is formed between the retaining space and the winding space and extends from the base plate up to the lid. The partition wall completely surrounds the retaining space and is provided in contact with the lid that is made of cardboard.
