The method involves providing an anode (4) as a band-shaped endless material, which is alternatively folded. The endless material is pre-folded to dimensions of finished electrode stacks such that the endless material is deposited from one height to another height. A cathode (5) and a separator (9) alternating from one side or another side are inserted and conveyed into a recess by a conveying device (7) i.e. conveying belt, during storage. The separator is utilized as the endless material in a middle manufacture line (1). The material is stored in a side of a direction-adjustable table.
