The engine has a driving wheel (29) connected with a crankshaft (33). The driving wheel has a circulating power element (31) is cooperated with a drive chain or a toothed belt and is connected with intermediate gears (30) mounted on a motor gear. The change in position of crankshaft with respect to intermediate gears is proportional to movement of a clamping element (43) by a transmission element. Swivel control levers (37) of transmission element are mounted on motor case and are supported such that levers arms are coupled with one of eccentric rings (35). An independent claim is included for voltage control method.
