The device has a decoder for evaluating a ripple control signal modulated on a carrier frequency to be received. A magnetic rod antenna (100) comprises two coils (106, 108) for formation of reception oscillating circuits. The coils are arranged at an angle relative to each other, and magnetic rod cores (102) are coupled with each other and formed as one-piece. The reception oscillating circuits are coupled with each other and slightly detuned from each other. The magnetic rod cores are formed with a thickness between 1.2 and 4 mm.
