The method involves taking off gaseous nitrogen stream circuits (18, 19) from a distillation column system. Partial flow of a circulatory stream of nitrogen downstream of a circulating compressor (22) and/or an intermediate stage of the circulating compressor under pressure of oxygen product and nitrogen products (27, 29, 53, 564, 565) is obtained. Turbine current (40) is formed by partial stream of the circulating compressor. A stress-free compressing process (41) is partially performed in the distillation column system for initiating nitrogen-oxygen separation. An independent claim is also included for a device for obtaining pressure of oxygen and nitrogen by low-temperature fractionation of air.
