The aircraft has a vertically rotatable front motor fastened to a body and designed in an upwardly-pivoting manner. A rear motor is fastened to the body and designed in a vertically downwardly pivoting manner, where impact pressure is produced below trapezoidal main wings. Wheels and a buoyancy chamber are fastened to ends of the main wings. An upper side of the body forms a linear slope that runs at an angle of 3 degree to a chord of the main wings, and a lower side of the body is formed parallel to the upper side and designed in a boat hull-shape.
