The brush body (27) has a thread-like form closure molding part (32) i.e. recess molding part, in connection with a device-sided drive shaft (8). The form closure molding part is formed in an outer-side of a bristle-free, end side drive section (31) i.e. massif body, of the brush body, where the drive section is extended in a region of the form closure molding part along a radial direction in an overlap-free manner. A pitch angle of a thread (33) of the form closure molding part lies between 30 degrees and 75 degrees, and the drive section includes a recess (37) along an axial direction. An independent claim is also included for a motor-propelled brush apparatus comprising an entraining element.
