The machine has a knife protection device (50) connected with a cutter (30) by a locking device (40). Relative motion of the knife protection device is ensured against the locking device by motion of the cutter when the cutter is pressed down for cutting. The knife protection device covers the cutter, and is moved with the cutter. The knife protection device projects the cutter in time. The cutter is provided with a connecting bracket (53) at a side corresponding to the knife protection device.
