The panel has a connecting unit connected with an adjacent element and formed in circumferential edges (2, 4, 6, 8) of the panel that is made up of wood, plastic or laminate material. An adjustable received magnetic member (14) i.e. permanent magnet, forms a horizontally or vertically aligned magnetic field, and is formed as a magnetic layer, and a receiver (12) is formed on a base side of the panel. The magnetic member is rotatably supported in a sleeve (16) that is made of a non-magnetic material, and the magnetic layer is extended over the circumferential edges.
