The module (1) has electrical signal-emitting sensor (8) for detecting rotational angle of rotary handle (2) attached with pipe (4). A spring element (10) having axial pressure spring (11) is mounted on handle to apply rotational torque towards handle. A friction element (5) is provided for producing frictional force against rotational torque. A worm gear is provided for converting rotary movement of handle into axial movement against spring force. The friction discs (7,9) are made of Teflon(RTM: PTFE manufactured by DuPont Company) and steel, respectively.
