The invention relates to a radar antenna arrangement, wherein in order to achieve a simple design and good emission behavior, a waveguide (2) having a metal holder (8) is provided, wherein the holder (8) bounds a gap (10) and comprises several periodically arranged structural elements (15), which extend into the gap (10). The gap (10) is filled with a dielectric gas, whereby the design is simplified. The structural elements (15) are used to shorten the wavelength of the electromagnetic wave coupled into the waveguide (2), whereby good emission behavior is achieved.
