The permanent magnet rotor has radially arranged and tangentially magnetized permanent magnet (1) between rotor poles (2) which are fixed on non-magnetic rotor base structure (3). The rotor poles has specially shaped pole feet that are fastened with bold head receptacle and fitting receptive using fasteners. The alignment and assembly aids and constructive elements (4.1-4.3,4.6) are provided for alignment and anchoring rotor poles in complementary mounting slots (8) in rotor base structure with fasteners. An independent claim is included for method for alignment and fastening runner pole on non-magnetic rotor base structure.
