The device has a set of luminous elements i.e. LED chips, arranged in a line direction, and a reflector (2) comprising a number of reflector surfaces (3). The reflector surfaces are assigned with the respective luminous elements for deflection of a light beam into a light radiation direction (A), where the light beam is emitted from a light-emitting element. A main axis of the luminous element runs vertically to the light radiation direction and to the line direction. The luminous elements and the reflector surfaces are arranged along an arc (B), which comprises an opening angle of 60 degrees.
