The device (1) has a knife blade (6) arranged orthogonally to a longitudinal axis (43) of an inner guide passage (40) around a pivot point, rotatably supported outside the passage and comprising a knife edge, which points toward to the passage. The knife blade is arranged in a position, and the knife edge is linearly remolded in the knife blade at an acute angle. The knife edge is screwed into the passage by rotation of a bottle cork i.e. sparkling wine bottle cork, along rotation direction and by rotational torque on the knife blade into another position. The cork is made of plastic.
