The connector (1) has a positioning element (20) rotatably connected with a cylinder (10). A connector socket (22) is connectable with a gas cartridge to release gas of the cartridge. An inflator is connected with another cylinder (30). The positioning element is rotatable between sealing and release positions, where gas between the former cylinder and the positioning element is blocked, when the positioning element is in the sealing position, and the gas flows through the former and the latter cylinders, the positioning element and the inflator in the release position.
