The arm (1) has two individual upright side walls (2) made of thin walled lightweight construction material. The side wall includes holes (4) in a middle-near portion (3), over which a separate tube piece (5) is held on each side wall. A bearing of the arm is placed on a rocker shaft. The tube pieces are spaced from each other. An end (6) of the side wall is fixed with a crossbeam (7) at a final forehead (8) which lies on a connection bracket (9). Another end (10) of the side wall is bridged with an axis (11) of a cam approach roller.
