The device (1) has pressure sensor (S) for receiving pressure of components of screw connection when the pressure sensor is arranged and tightened between the components of the screw connection and for providing pressure information. A computing unit (T) determines security information from the pressure information. A radio interface (A) transmits the security information to a reader. A casing (U) surrounds the pressure sensor, computing unit and radio interface partially. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) arrangement for monitoring integrity of screw connection; and (2) method for monitoring integrity of screw connection.
