The control stage (100) has a stator (110) with guide vanes (111,112) and two flow channels (101,102), where the former flow channel is configured such that a working fluid impinges with fluid parameters and a mass flow (m1) of the former guide vane. The working fluid is flowed through the former flow channel. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a turbine with an impeller; and (2) a method for operating a control stage for turbine.
