The apparatus has a processing unit for receiving the workpiece, and equipped with holding section, feeding section, driving section and adjusting section. Elongated holes (2) are mutually formed at equal distance on a base plate (1). A cutter processing tool (3) is inserted into each hole. Several rotatable rollers (5) are provided on the base plate. A drive mechanism is provided to adjust the cutter processing tools uniformly within the holes so as to adapt the respective diameter of respective workpiece and to allow the workpiece front end to face the roller.
