The multifunctional table/wall mounted digital photo frame has three transparent glass plates (1-3) having holes at four corners respectively. A display (4) is attached at back of glass plate (3). A clock unit (5) is attached at back of glass plate below the display. Three transparent glass plates are connected by inserting a screw (7) into the holes and tightening the screw with a wing shaped nut (8). A support (6) is provided at the bottom of the three connected transparent glass plates.
