The device has photovoltaic modules (2) combined to fastening units preset in a periphery. Self-sufficient assemblies (1) are provided as fastening units with the photovoltaic modules over specific components of the assemblies. A fastening composite system is made over form-fitting connections. A base support (3) is attached to each module. A spatial position of the modules is made over specific contours. Recesses for accommodating a horizontal fastening anchor (4) are provided in longitudinal and transverse axes in a boundary area of a photovoltaic module frame (2.1).
