The device (1) has a venturi nozzle (2) provided with a motor pump arrangement (27), where negative pressure is produced in a suction line (3) during operation of the motor pump arrangement. A coupling device e.g. quick coupler (20), enables releasable connection of the suction line with an evacuated hydraulically operated portable tool (29), where the device is accommodated in a support frame. A surge tank (14) is provided in the suction line. A terminal block (4) connects the device with the motor pump arrangement.
