The method involves placing a casting element (3) relative to a rotor shaft (2) along a common axis (Z0) so that the casting element is adhered with bonding region of the rotor axis by applying a layer of adhesive with an adhesive applicator (1). The casing element is moved along the layer of adhesive on the surface of rotor shaft to destination position. The adhesive on the casing element and rotor shaft are cured in a separate curing station. An independent claim is included for device for manufacturing permanent magnet rotor.
