The device has heat radiation waveguides (3.1-3.5) transmitting various measuring points to a sensor (2). The heat radiation waveguides are arranged on the measuring points, so that the heat radiation waveguides are directed to an upper surface of the measuring points. A front surface of one of waveguide ends is attached with the heat radiation waveguides that are arranged in an opening part of a sensor housing (1). A sensor upper surface is divided into virtual region, and different incident thermal radiation units (4.1-4.5) are attached to the measuring points on the sensor upper surface.
