The belt (10) has a receiving part (16) including an upper part and a lower leg. Teeth (12) are made of rubber or other resilient material and provided with a reinforcing unit (14) that is formed by steel cords. The receiving part has a bore hole (18), which extends over a cross section of the lower leg and over a region of parts of the upper part, where the parts of the upper part lie opposite to each other. The bore hole extends in the upper part, and is provided with a thread, so that the upper part and lower leg are fixedly connected with each other by a screw. The receiving part is made of metal and plastic material.
