The wheel (1) has multiple blades (5) arranged between a front-side support plate (2) and an annular-shaped rear cover plate (6) such that the blades and the plates are arranged on a tubular shaft coaxial seat (4) i.e. running wheel hub. The seat, blades and support plate are integrally formed with a suction mouth (3). The cover plate is welded as an individual part at the seat by an ultrasonic welding process. The seat, blades and plates are molded by plastic using an injection molding. A metal sleeve (7) rests at the seat, so as to fit the wheel on a pump shaft.
