The cylinder head has a cylinder head housing (2), a cylinder head cover, a camshaft with multiple bearing points (5 to 10) and a camshaft bearing frame (11) that is arranged on the cylinder head housing. The camshaft is rotary mounted in the camshaft bearing frame with two central bearing points. A third bearing point of the camshaft is arranged outside the camshaft bearing frame on the cylinder head housing. The camshaft bearing frame is fixed with the central bearing points on the cylinder head housing by screws (12).
