The method involves arranging a movable handler (13) between a cargo container (11) of a vehicle i.e. lorry semi-trailer (12) and a building i.e. storage hall, where the handler loads and/or unloads cargos into and/or from the container of the vehicle. The handler is accommodated within a casing e.g. forming container (15), and the casing is moved into a desired position by the handler to load or unload the container of the vehicle, where the casing is designed as a lockable casing. A telescopic belt conveyer (26) is extended into the cargo container. An independent claim is also included for a device for unloading and loading container on a vehicle with cargos.
