The cutter holder (1) has a counter-holder plate which is slidingly provided on the holding plate by an adjusting device. A cleaver is clamped between the holding plate and the counter-holder plate. The adjusting device comprises an adjusting shaft which is rotatably mounted in the retaining plate. An adjustment cam is arranged at the lower portion of the retaining plate remote from the free end eccentrically to the central axis of the adjusting shaft, and is engaged with the recess of the counter-holder plate.
