The shield has LED spot-light bulbs and a shield edge protruded forward and sideward of the shield. The shield is pressed, injection molded and cast with photoluminescence pigment blend enriched with polymers or elastomer such that the shield is clipped and inserted in LED-spots. The shield edge is designed in flower shape, star shape, reflector shape, radiator shape, grid shape or wave shape. The shield is covered with design grids and design patterns to form a unit with the shield. Diodes and a cover glazing are adapted to the shield.
