The aid (1) has a drive element, and a supporting device for adjusting supporting height of a heel of a ski shoe. Position of the supporting device is remotely-controlled by a mechanical transmission unit (3) for achieving the supporting height, where the transmission unit is actuated by a shifting member (2) that is spatially separated from the supporting device. The transmission unit comprises a transmitter, a switch and an electrical adjusting drive. The switch is attached to a handle of a ski stick, and the adjusting drive operates on the supporting device.
