The pump (10) has three disk-shaped piezo-actuators (14, 16, 18) arranged one after the other in a spacer (12) in a flow direction of fluid and comprising two piezoceramic layers (26, 28), where geometric extension of the layers is changed by applying electric voltage. The actuators are connected to the spacer in a fluid-tight manner by a rectilinear sealing edge. The actuators are controlled by a control device (22), where the layers are arranged parallel to each other. The actuators are excited with frequency of 25 kilohertz for moving the actuators.
