The conveyor belt scraper has a holder that is provided with vertically pivotable housing (2) provided with two torsion spring elements (3) from which pivot arms (4) are extended respectively. The pivot arms are hinged with scraper elements (5,6) respectively. A guide bush is welded at bottom portion of housing. A support frame of holder is provided with a cylinder (17) in which a piston (18) is vertically moved by an adjustable screw (19).
