Active roll stabilizer for use in chassis part of motor vehicle, has transmission device comprising two parts rotating anti-clockwise and clockwise relative to each other against return force that is produced by spring element
The stabilizer (4) has a transmission device (6) for transferring forces and/or rotational torques produced by an actuator (5). The device has parts (7, 8) rotating anti-clockwise and clockwise relative to each other based on a neutral position against a return force that is produced by a spring element during anti-clockwise and clockwise rotations. The element is formed as a compression spring and a torsion spring e.g. torsion rod, where the neutral position is defined such that the element causes rotational torque that pushes the parts relative to each other and the element is unstressed.
