The actuator (1) has an insert (4) comprising an anisotropic permanent magnet and an electromagnet and co-axially arranged in a pot-shaped yoke (2), where an outer surface (7) of the yoke comprises a rectangular slot-shaped aperture (8). The yoke exhibits a circular-, elliptic or polygon-shaped cross-section, and the aperture is oriented in a main direction of an electromagnetic field. A lid-shaped armature (3) comprises an armature aperture (11), where electrical conductive lines pass through the armature aperture for supplying electrical power to an armature coil. The aperture of the yoke is designed as a pressure compensation and vapor diffusion channel, and the armature aperture is designed as a vapor diffusion channel.
