The device (1) has planar side walls (3, 4) formed with respective rectangular bent surfaces (34, 44) for supporting a solar module (2). The side walls are inclined with respect to respective bottom edges (31, 41). A front wall (5) is formed with a retaining surface (54) i.e. embracing surface (55), for vertically securing the solar module. The side walls, the front wall and a rear wall (6) are formed with vents, respectively. The side, front and rear walls are made of aluminum and assembled to form a box.
