The apparatus has a compensation device, and a sensor for detecting adjustment angle (2) of a controllable lever mechanism (1), where cable forces are corrected by a control device based on the detected adjustment angle. The sensor comprises an angle sensor and force sensors that are defined for monitoring cables. The angle sensor is firmly secured on an adjusting lever of the lever mechanism. The force sensors evaluate attaching forces of the cables, and are designed in the form of bolts.
