The element (6) has a valve body (12) for adjusting opening cross section of a device pipe, and an upstream heat-sensitive operating element (14) for changing position of the valve body based on inlet temperature. The valve body is manufactured as a bimetal composite, and the operating element is designed as a shape memory body. The operating element is positioned in an inner side of a pipe section and completely integrated into the valve body. The valve body is connected with a base section of an inner wall section of a secondary feed line (4).
